Technical Support Intern at Impact HR
The Technical Support Intern at Impact HR plays a vital role in supporting Network Management, OEM, and Workshop activities as required. This internship is designed for individuals passionate about commercial vehicles and looking to develop hands-on experience in technical support within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Develop CV product knowledge, focusing on relevant transmissions such as Traxon and Ecolife.
- Assist in documenting and developing special tooling requirements for repair levels 1, 2, and 3 for partners.
- Support Customer and OEM interactions by providing technical assistance.
- Prepare and write detailed technical reports.
- Assist with purchase order follow-ups and perform administrative tasks.
- Organize and support training days, including collecting and collating training materials.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in Sales Force for effective Network Management support.
- Capture audit results and prepare presentations to communicate findings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum N4 qualification.
- Strong technical acumen with a special interest in commercial vehicles.
- Excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- French speaking is considered an advantage.
