Technical Support Intern at Impact HR

The Technical Support Intern at Impact HR plays a vital role in supporting Network Management, OEM, and Workshop activities as required. This internship is designed for individuals passionate about commercial vehicles and looking to develop hands-on experience in technical support within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develop CV product knowledge, focusing on relevant transmissions such as Traxon and Ecolife.
  • Assist in documenting and developing special tooling requirements for repair levels 1, 2, and 3 for partners.
  • Support Customer and OEM interactions by providing technical assistance.
  • Prepare and write detailed technical reports.
  • Assist with purchase order follow-ups and perform administrative tasks.
  • Organize and support training days, including collecting and collating training materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in Sales Force for effective Network Management support.
  • Capture audit results and prepare presentations to communicate findings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum N4 qualification.
  • Strong technical acumen with a special interest in commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • French speaking is considered an advantage.
