RCL Foods Learnership Programme 2026
The RCL Foods Learnership Programme 2026 offers a 12-month comprehensive training experience, including mentorship and coaching focused on the baking process. This SETA-accredited learnership provides successful candidates with a formal qualification endorsed by SAQA. Participants will gain hands-on practical experience aligned with RCL Foods’ standards and SETA requirements throughout the duration of the programme.
Through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy, the programme aims to:
- Develop and nurture individual learners’ skills to create employable young professionals, addressing the skills gap in the baking industry.
- Enhance brand awareness by associating RCL Foods’ baking brands with excellence, consistency, and best-in-class skills, service, and products.
- Lead the baking industry by elevating in-store and professional bakery product standards, positively influencing consumer perceptions and strengthening customer relationships.
