Main Purpose of the Job
Support the transformation of Mediclinic’s business by implementing and supporting HR systems and processes across its three operating divisions.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Project Implementation Support
- General Administration
- Create and maintain training material and facilitate training sessions
- Identify and test SuccessFactors system configuration (Basic Testing)
- Systems Support
- Continuous Improvement and Quality Management
Required Education
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Computer literacy
Desired:
- Tertiary degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or Information Systems
Required Experience
Essential Minimum Experience: None required.
Desired Experience: 1-2 years in the HR systems field.
