Truth Loyalty & CRM is seeking a talented Marketing / Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to create engaging content across digital and print platforms while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and expanding your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Support social media content creation and scheduling.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and deliver creative solutions.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and/or other design tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Strong eye for design, layout, colour, and typography.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
  • Creation of newsletters and feedback reports.
  • Creation of social posts (design and copy).
  • Input into marketing creative.
  • Assist with printing requirements.
  • Monitor social media accounts, create content, and generate responses.
  • Slide creation for marketing events.
