SDC is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a confident and bubbly individual who thrives in a client services-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Drafting and sending letters, managing mail and couriers.
  • Serving tea and coffee to clients and guests.
  • Scheduling and setting up meeting rooms and boardrooms.
  • Meeting and greeting clients, liaising with property managers and tenants.
  • Maintaining the front office’s presentation and supplies.
  • Performing ad hoc Reception/Admin duties as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have:

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous reception experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with a high level of verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a keen attention to detail.
