SDC is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a confident and bubbly individual who thrives in a client services-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails.
- Drafting and sending letters, managing mail and couriers.
- Serving tea and coffee to clients and guests.
- Scheduling and setting up meeting rooms and boardrooms.
- Meeting and greeting clients, liaising with property managers and tenants.
- Maintaining the front office’s presentation and supplies.
- Performing ad hoc Reception/Admin duties as needed.
Requirements

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous reception experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
