Danish Lead Co. is seeking a Junior Operations & Systems Specialist to join our remote team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to dive into the B2B tech space. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of client campaigns, maintaining system reliability, and improving workflows across the company.

Location: Remote
Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/month (Annual: $12,000–$18,000)
Start Date: Between November 1 and December 1, 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and campaign setup alongside the Client Success Managers (CSM) team.
- Manage and monitor operational systems including Clay, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Make, and Notion.
- Identify bottlenecks and build small automations to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure campaign data, emails, and integrations are accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with the CEO to streamline workflows and document new processes.
- Continuously analyze performance and propose efficiency improvements.
This role is not just administrative; it involves hands-on operations and systems management. You will work closely with our CSMs and Copywriters to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and efficiently.
