Job Description

The Foschini Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in helping us identify and attract top talent to our diverse retail portfolio. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate references and all other checks.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects related to recruitment and human resources.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have a 3-year degree or diploma in HR or a related qualification.
  • Must be a South African citizen.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team player.
