Italtile Ceramics (Pty) Ltd is seeking an energetic young graduate to join our Support Services team as an Administrative Assistant within our Executive Office. This role offers an incredible opportunity to engage in administrative and organizational duties while gaining professional experience within a legacy South African brand.
As part of our team, you will need to have a car and a valid driver’s license, along with a B.Degree and a proactive attitude!

Founded in 1969, Italtile Limited is a proudly South African manufacturer, franchisor, and retailer of tiles, bathroom ware, and related home-finishing products. Our retail brands include CTM, Italtile Retail, and Top T, represented by 216 stores across South Africa and the rest of Africa.
We have a vertically integrated supply chain that strategically supports our retail operations. Our manufacturers include Ceramic Industries, which operates seven factories in South Africa and one in Australia, and Ezee Tile, with six factories in South Africa and three in the rest of Africa. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Assistant with general office administration tasks, including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and data management.
- Coordinate and support internal meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Support travel arrangements and calendar management for executives as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- B.Degree in business-related studies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Driver’s license and own car.
