Job Description

The HR Intern at HR Capital Solutions will play a vital role in supporting the HR Operations team, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective HR services to the dealership. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance, all within the dynamic context of motor retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support HR documentation processes, including contracts, letters, and personnel files.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Assist in coordinating training and induction sessions.
  • Participate in HR compliance audits and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to the dealership team.
  • Engage with the dealership team to support HR-related needs and initiatives.
  • Assist with employee engagement and wellness programmes.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
