Key Performance Areas:
- Maintain filing systems and document management
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and team
- Assist with general office inquiries and tasks
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Load leave, overtime, and other payroll documents on e-services
- Issue purchase orders
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Clear criminal record
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
