Guardrisk Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026
Exciting Learnership opportunities are available at Guardrisk, commencing on 1 March 2026. Our Learnership programme enables you to obtain a Short Term and Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification, which is INSETA and SAQA recognized.
Participating in our Learnerships opens up various career paths, including Claims and Operations. While completion of the Learnership does not guarantee full-time employment, it provides invaluable experience to kick-start your career! Successful candidates will be employed for a period of twelve (12) months, with a monthly stipend of R6,500.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have passed Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- Applicants must have passed pure Maths with 60% or Mathematical Literacy with 70%
- Applicants must have passed English with 65%
- Applicants must be currently unemployed
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18-30
- Applicants must not have participated in a learnership before
