Big Five Guest House in Mthatha is seeking a dedicated Host to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in guest house operations. The successful candidate will need to relocate to Mthatha, with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage booking engines such as Nightsbridge.
- Prepare meals for guests and ensure high standards of food hygiene.
- Oversee stock management and conduct room checks.
- Process payments and manage booking inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with guests and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- A strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Hardworking and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
