We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Chef for our staff canteen in Bramley Park, Sandton. This role is ideal for a chef eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a professional kitchen environment. The canteen serves 60–70 people daily with a single meal service, preparing many items in-house, including stocks and sauces, using advanced techniques such as sous-vide.
