The Sasol Admin Learnership Programme for 2025 / 2026 is a comprehensive 12-month initiative designed to equip entry-level learners with essential skills and practical work experience. This learnership combines theoretical training aligned with an NQF Learnership programme and hands-on experience to enhance workplace performance.
This programme is ideal for individuals who have completed their Grade 12, aiming to develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer proficiency, and basic business principles. During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support, contributing to the efficiency of managers and departments while preparing for workplace readiness.
