Property Practitioner (Remote) – Zakeni Realty International
Zakeni Realty International is seeking motivated individuals to join their virtual team. This opportunity is ideal for self-starters and excellent communicators residing in Midrand, Centurion, Johannesburg Central, and Sandton. Reporting to the Principal Property Practitioner, your primary purpose is to provide efficient and transparent real estate services to sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling to generate leads and establish connections.
- Preparing mandates for property listings.
- Conducting pre-listing input and presentations to clients.
- Performing comparative market analysis to determine property values.
- Organizing property staging and show days to attract potential buyers.
- Writing advertisements and loading property listings on various platforms.
- Implementing marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Conducting property viewings and engaging with prospective buyers.
- Preparing offers to purchase and facilitating negotiations.
- Communicating with conveyancers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Providing weekly reviews and updates to all parties involved.
- Establishing teams of key service providers, including electricians, plumbers, conveyancers, and bond originators.
Certification Requirements
Applicants must be prepared to cover the costs associated with the following certifications:
- Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
- Registration for NQF4 certification.
- Fees for the PDE examination.
