Hastings Direct Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026
The Hastings Direct Learnership Programme is a structured work-based initiative designed to provide unemployed youth with valuable work experience within our organization. This program offers an opportunity for participants to gain practical work skills that will assist them in their future careers.
Successful applicants will enter into a fixed-term Learnership agreement (not an employment contract) with Hastings Direct and will receive a monthly stipend of R12,000. This is an excellent opportunity for unemployed youth who are passionate about the call center industry and wish to gain experience to pursue a career in the Financial and Insurance sectors.
Duration: 12-month contract
Stipend: R12,000 per month
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- No prior work experience required
- Must be a South African citizen
- Not previously enrolled in a Learnership with INSETA
- Aged between 18 and 35
