Lancet Laboratories is seeking qualified and unemployed candidates for the position of Admin Clerk: Logging. This entry-level role is essential for ensuring that specimens are logged accurately and efficiently.
Role Summary: The Admin Clerk will be responsible for logging specimens in the logging section to meet the required service level standards.
Key Performance Areas:
- Log specimens in the logging section to meet service level standards.
- Register log request forms from the Oculus Logging System on the Laboratory Information System according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain basic housekeeping, including cleaning of benches as per standard operating procedures.
- Address logging queries and escalate unresolved issues to Editors or Supervisors to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification.
- BSc Degree will be advantageous.
- 0 – 1 years of relevant working experience.
