This programme is designed for graduates who want to develop their skills in financial administration, reporting, and business operations while being part of a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Daily processing of finished good sheets.
• Capturing of data and stock reports.
• Daily processing of goods transferred out of store into production.
• Daily processing of stock takes submitted by the factory.
• Analyzing variances to see if they can be resolved before submission back to the factory.
• Processing inventory movements.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly stock take processing.
• Analysis and verification of stock variances.
• Willingness to work in the factory when required.
• Ensuring correct policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Participate in and support the company’s food safety and quality objectives.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric (Grade 12).
• A relevant qualification in finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Strong personality with a high sense of discipline and organizational skills.
• A dynamic individual who will make a difference.
• Good understanding of products produced by RFG.
• Trustworthy and able to work with minimum supervision.
