Momentum: Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026

Role Purpose: To provide qualifying learners with an opportunity to enroll for a Certificate in Long Term Insurance, NQF level 4. This program consists of structured learning components combined with practical workplace experience in the Financial Services industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Grade 12 is essential.

1. Mathematics (Minimum level 4 – 50%). Mathematics Literacy Not Considered.
2. English First Additional Language (Minimum Level 4 – 50%).

Advantageous: An incomplete tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Effective communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Basic computer skills, primarily in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
