Internship Opportunity at CEO’s Office

To provide essential administrative and secretarial support within the Office of the CEO while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s office operations.

Outputs / Responsibilities

– Assist the Manager: CEO and PA with ad hoc activities/tasks related to the successful implementation of the mandate of the CEO’s office.
– Assist in managing daily administrative tasks.
– Perform administrative duties as required.
– Document management of the division.
– Assist in report writing.
– Coordinate workshops, meetings, and information sessions.
– Take minutes during meetings.
– Address all queries in the office of the CEO.
– Manage operations, governance, strategic partnerships (project management and/or coordination), and stakeholder management.
– Assist with the day-to-day management of the CEO’s office.
– Perform any reasonable task as and when required.
– Maintain records and documentation related to regulatory compliance.
– Assist with travel logistics.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Experience
– Grade 12.
– Master’s in Business Administration or Public Administration.

Experience
– No experience required.
– Preference will be afforded to candidates from under-represented designated groups and people living with disabilities.
