Duties & Responsibilities
– Automate manual business processes currently performed by business users in MS Excel.
– Develop and maintain customer portal BI dashboards.
– Develop and maintain automated reports to be sent to customers weekly or monthly.
– Develop and maintain reports to be extracted from the customer portal.
– Assist with improvements and queries on the Driver Scorecard (PDF and mobile app versions).
– Assist with analysis and presentation preparation for customer executive reviews or new business opportunities.
– Train customer relations and new business consultants on portal BI dashboards and reports.
– Develop customized software and data solutions for customers (solutions consulting).
– Perform analytics and develop data solutions across various products.
– Develop and maintain internal BI dashboards, reports, and solutions (business insights, employee performance management, and cost-saving opportunities).
