Tracker: Business Admin Services Learnerships 2025 / 2026
This learnership is tailored for candidates eager to enhance their business administration skills while acquiring practical workplace experience. The program aligns with the Further Education and Training Certificate: Business Administration Services (SAQA ID 61595) and offers a structured learning pathway to equip learners with essential administrative and business-related competencies.
Learners will be placed in the following Departments:
- Customer Engagement
- Acquisitions & Scheduling
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data capturing.
- Attending theoretical sessions one day a week for the duration of the learnership or as required.
- Assisting with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Managing communication via emails, telephone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Providing customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving queries received from Tracker Clients according to relevant SOP and company standards.
- Contributing towards maintaining a departmental Abandonment Rate and Service Level according to company standards.
- Accurate data capturing and updating of client information while engaging with clients.
- Ensuring Customer Service standards are upheld in a highly pressurized environment.
- Following up on clients’ outstanding queries.
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping of statistics as per stipulated guidelines.
- Effectively utilizing the post-call service rating system.
- Interpreting the financial system and assisting clients with basic financial and legal queries.
- Contributing to effective retention of customers through excellent query resolution and demonstrating patience in understanding customer complaints.
Requirements:
- South African citizen with a valid ID, aged 18-35 with no criminal record.
- Grade 12 / Matric with level 4/D symbol in English and Level 3/E symbol in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Currently unemployed and not studying.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a structured and professional environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- A passion for customer service and a professional demeanor at all times.
- The ability to cope with a constantly changing and pressurized environment.
