#### Duties & Responsibilities:
– Manage the company’s PPE – Main Function
– Prevent duplication of orders
– Verify AOD’s and AOR’s
– Ensure that site orders match the approved PPE list
– Ensure that site staff sign and confirm receipt
– Ensure that site information is accurate before processing
– Assist with following up on:
– Outstanding Documents
– Issuing of employee numbers
– Activating of ESS Profiles
– ESS queries
