We are looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while learning from some of the most seasoned professionals in the industry.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Logistics
- Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct integrity checks via platforms like MIE.
- Support career fairs and graduate outreach initiatives.
Employer Branding
- Contribute to recruitment marketing materials and graduate engagement strategies.
- Help amplify Genesis’s employer brand on campus and online.
Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
📚 What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to use the Google Suite at an intermediate to advanced level, including Gmail, GCalendar, GDrive, GDocs, GSheets, etc.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask with precision.
- Proactive and clear communication skills, essential for engaging with candidates and updating the internal team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A patient, people-focused approach and a genuine interest in recruitment.

- Duration: 6 months (September 2025 – February 2026)
- Location: Hybrid model with 2 days per week in our Hyde Park, Johannesburg office
- Start Date: Late August / Early September 2025
