Sanlam: YEP Learnership Opportunities 2025 / 2026
Sanlam is excited to announce its learnership program as part of our young talent strategy, aimed at creating a robust pipeline of talent through our YEP (Youth Empowerment Programme). Successful learners who excel during the program will have the opportunity to secure permanent junior-level roles upon completion, supported by a focused development journey.
Location: Centurion (Gauteng) and Bellville (Cape Town)
The YEP Learnership offers:
- A 12-month contract
- A monthly allowance along with financial assistance for study purposes
- A nationally recognized qualification (Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF level 4)
- On-the-job training and assessment
- Continuous coaching and mentoring
- A portfolio of working and learning evidence
Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and operational processes
- Participate in classroom-based lessons
- Complete practical onsite training
- Assemble a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to InSeta
- Maintain logbooks for workplace-based learning
- Achieve required levels in formative and summative assessments
- Perform tasks and duties as outlined by your manager
