Position Title: Administration Clerk (Call Centre Agent)

Reference No: 25/78/IDS

Location: National Office: Pretoria

Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolve customer queries through e-mail, walk-ins, and other platforms.
  • Provide information for reporting and customer satisfaction purposes.
  • Render general clerical support services.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of procedures and processes applied in Call Centre and Office Management.
  • Knowledge of provisioning of Call Centre administration procedures and processes.
  • Knowledge of capturing, document tracking, storage, and retrieval.
  • Knowledge and application of relevant Public Service and Departmental legislation/prescripts/policies and procedures.
