Clover: Call Centre Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026

Clover is inviting new talent to join its Call Centre Learnership Programme. Successful applicants will spend the duration of the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices located in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) while attending prescribed classes. Upon completion of the learnership, individuals will achieve an NQF qualification and gain valuable experience in a world-class Call Centre environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Resolve queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders.
  • Accurately capture orders on time according to the daily call list.
  • Inform customers regarding accounts on hold.
  • Confirm customer orders following standard operational procedures.
  • Notify relevant stakeholders of issues related to their orders.
  • Promote new or additional products by describing features and special offers.
  • Assist team members in achieving team results.
  • Share responsibility for job completion.
  • Support team values and participate in team meetings.
  • Take responsibility for the visual management of information.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4.
  • Grade 12 / Matric completed in the past 4 years (2020 – 2024).
  • Minimum average of 55% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Currently unemployed.
  • Applicants must not have participated in a learnership before.
