Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at Sun International, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to compile action plans and coordinate arrangements for events, communicating these through to business unit properties.
• Coordinating and communicating logistics for appointments, site visits, meetings, presentations, and events.
• Following up with clients and/or customers regarding their level of satisfaction and discussing the way forward with respect to business opportunities.
• Making bookings and reservations in the system, while accurately recording customer profiles.
• Communicating any relevant details with customers and other stakeholders.
