Available Positions
IT Technician
- Provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software
- Address and resolve IT-related issues
Digital Product Co-Ordinator
- Develop, manage, and improve product offerings
- Test various educational journeys
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback
- Collaborate with teams to meet customer needs
Warranty Technician
- Process warranty claims and communicate with customers
- Document and track claims, coordinate repairs and replacements
- Liaise with internal departments and manage repair timelines
Call Centre Representative
- Facilitate floor day drives, manage giveaways and prizes
- Act as point of contact for Call Centre queries and needs
- Perform training, promote products, and manage tracking reports
- Communication or Marketing qualification is advantageous
Administrative Assistant
- Manage WhatsApp group communication, sales data, and reporting
- Liaise with clients, manage queries, and facilitate floor day activities
