About the Role
The Finance Intern at Sun King will assist with various tasks related to Inverter Sales, customer payments, and tracking processes. This role will involve working closely with sales teams, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and capable of addressing operational challenges effectively.
What You Would Be Expected to Do
- Payment Allocation:
- Allocate customer payments on the Kazi Plan system.
- Attend payment-related queries on various communication channels.
- DebiCheck Onboarding:
- Assist with onboarding customers on the bank payment collection platform (DebiCheck).
- Ensure all relevant documentation and information is captured accurately.
- Inverter Sales Tracker:
- Update and maintain the inverter sales tracker.
- Attend customer and internal queries related to inverter sales.
- Agent Incentives:
- Process monthly and weekly agent incentive payments.
- Ensure timely disbursement and accurate record-keeping.
- Month-End Activities:
- Assist with various month-end closing tasks.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist with applications and documentation processing.
- Maintain a proper and organized filing system.
You Might Be a Strong Candidate If You:
- Have 0-1 year of experience (recent graduates).
- Possess great collaboration skills and are a great team player.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Are self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Can handle sensitive customer and financial data with confidentiality.
