Position Title: Professional Cookery Learnership Programme
The Maslow Hotel Sandton is dedicated to skills development by offering unemployed youth who have completed Grade 12 the chance to gain valuable work experience and a qualification. This learnership program aims to accommodate learners for essential skills development.
The Learnership is outcome-based and designed to help bridge the skills gap. It will run for a period of twelve (12) months and requires committed individuals to complete both theoretical and workplace practical learning components in order to be awarded their formal qualification.
Additionally, the Learnership is based on a legally binding agreement between the Employer, Employee, and Service Provider. Successful candidates will sign a learnership agreement for the duration of the program.

Requirements:
- SA citizen ID
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificates or equivalent NQF Level
- Curriculum vitae and motivational letter
NB. A culinary or hospitality certificate will be advantageous.

- Proactive with problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate in written & spoken English
- Willingness to work shifts when required
