Fidelity Services Group: Call Centre Agents

Fidelity Services Group is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
  • Listen attentively to customers’ needs or issues and provide effective solutions
  • Promote Umsuka products and assist clients in completing application forms over the phone
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Take messages and direct them to the relevant personnel
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting processes and navigating the Umsuka App

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

NB: Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role will be advantageous.
