Massmart is committed to building talent pipelines for our Stores and invites all suitably qualified and unemployed South Africans to apply for the 2025 Graduate Internship Opportunity.
We offer a 12 – 18 months program that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organization. You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, and network with professionals in your field of study. During this time, you will be based in one of our Massmart Retail Stores (Nationally) in Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, or KwaZulu-Natal, and be exposed to the world of retail.

Internship Programme (Degree)
Degree in:
- BCom Retail Management
- BCom General
- BCom HR
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Business Management
Graduate Internship (Diploma)
Diploma in:
- Business Management
- Retail Business Management
- Management
Massmart Learnership
- South African Citizen
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (August ‘2025 – July ‘2026)
- Should not currently be on or registered on a SETA funded Program
Internship Programme – TVET (N6)
Completed a minimum of a N6 qualification:
- N6 Business Management
- N6 Financial Management
- N6 Human Resources
