The SAB Trainee Programmes are designed to grow and develop graduates by enhancing their technical capabilities in alignment with their career aspirations. Participants gain cross-functional experience within a dynamic corporate environment.
About the Program:
- A highly competitive 24-month program consisting of segmented fixed-term contracts.
- Robust evaluations determine progression through each phase of the program within the 24 months.
- Unleashes potential through 6-month rotational cycles, enabling cross-functional work experience in various teams within the respective business area.
- The program follows the 70-20-10 rule, where individuals learn 70% of their knowledge from challenging experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training.
- The program empowers participants to solve challenges innovatively, take risks, and unlock opportunities.
- Upon successful completion of the 24 months, you will be eligible to apply for various roles within the business, paving the way for a brighter future with us!

DynamX Trainee Programme
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in various areas, including but not limited to:
- Finance
- People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
Graduate Management Trainee Programme
- Completed or final year undergrad (STEM disciplines preferred)
NB. STEM refers to qualifications in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
DynamX Logistics Trainee Programme
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in relevant areas such as:
- Industrial Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
Engineering Trainee Programme
BSC, BEng, or BTech or equivalent in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Energy or Mechatronics Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Biotechnology
- Analytical Chemistry
