Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Learn and adhere to clear understandings of the clients’ requirements.
- Build knowledge and experience to ensure the correct use of equipment and timely reporting of any defects.
- Report and record any non-conformity regarding customer merchandise.
- Work within operating areas as determined by management and business needs.
- Adapt to follow operating procedures and safe working practices while carrying out duties.
Requirements:
- South African citizens only.
- Unemployed youth aged 18 to 29 years.
- Grade 12 / Matric (English and Mathematics/Literacy) – Essential.
Competencies & Skills:
- The incumbent is a Company representative and must conduct themselves accordingly at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer service orientation with a clear understanding of the client’s requirements and expectations.
- Positive work ethic with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Admin skills – Desirable.
- Good understanding of quality as a key value – Desirable.

- Operational knowledge and understanding of service delivery – Desirable.
- Ability to understand and accurately carry out instructions – Desirable.
