The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 24-month enhanced development programme designed to recruit graduates with the potential to ascend to leadership roles within the organization. Selected participants will join various disciplines across the business and undergo a structured combined learning programme aimed at preparing them for key positions.
What are we looking For?
Candidates should have a strong desire to build a career with a leading FMCG company, possess a solid academic record from an accredited institution, and have recently completed their 3 or 4-year tertiary qualification.
