The FNB Graduate Team is seeking nontraditional thinkers and innovative, self-starting contributors who can efficiently get the job done, exceed customer expectations, and uphold our promise of real help. Graduates will join specific business units across our retail and commercial banking segments, working in teams focused on credit analytics, product development, process and technology development, financial, fraud and risk analysis, customer experience, usability, brand, and financial management roles, among others.
As part of the Graduate Development Programme, graduates will work in a full-time role and participate in monthly training sessions along with an action learning project.

Applicants should have completed or be currently completing their final year, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on the following programs:

- Maths
- Statistics
- Engineering
- Physics

- Data Science
- UX (usability and customer experience)
- or related fields.
FNB Engineering & Technology Graduate Programme
- Completed or currently completing the Final year, particularly in the Technology or Engineering fields.
