Coca-Cola: Packaging Learnership Programme 2025
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is excited to announce opportunities in our Manufacturing & Technical department. We are seeking young, talented individuals for Packaging Learnership positions across various regions within CCBSA. The successful candidates will report directly to the Training Controller.
The learner will be exposed to:
- Bottling processes and procedures
- Safety and housekeeping standards
- Quality tests and specifications
- Food handling practices
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics passed with 40% (NOT Maths Literacy) and Physical Sciences (50%)
- Two South African Languages passed with 40%
- Must not have previously completed the same learnership at another company or organization
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must be between 18-35 years of age
- Candidates must be willing to commit to a 12-month learnership program
