Necsa Learning Academy is excited to announce the opening of applications for its Apprenticeship Training Programme for the year 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for unemployed youth to gain valuable skills in various Occupational Trades. The available trades include:
- Boilermaker
- Electrician
- Fitter & Turner
- Welder
- Instrumentation
- Mechanical Fitter
- Toolmaker
- Millwright
- Metal Machinist
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Maths and Science
- Or N2-6 with 4 subjects and relevant trade theory included
- Or Technical Matric with Maths, Science, and relevant trade theory included
- Or NCV Level 3/4 Engineering Certificate with 7 subjects and relevant trade theory included
In addition to the above minimum requirements, candidates must also meet the following criteria:
- Possess technical knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Successful completion of screening protocols, including medical fitness, security clearance, qualification verifications, and technical assessments
