Truworths Learnership Opportunities 2025
The Truworths learnership program offers individuals the chance to gain valuable experience in the retail sector. Participants will be cross-trained to operate on both the sales floor and at the service desk, focusing on customer interaction and stock management. To succeed in this role, candidates must be dedicated to learning, completing logbooks, and passing assessments to become competent cross-trained sales consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Work a minimum of 120 hours
- Acquire knowledge and skills
- Prepare for assessments
- Assist customers in locating merchandise
- Merchandise the store according to MBP principles
- Process payments and purchases using the POS system
- Open new accounts
- Maintain stock control and minimize losses
- Build relationships with customers
- Ensure customer security and safety
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Passion for fashion and retail
