Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the following tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed:
- Provide the highest level of Adidas service to each customer.
- Complete regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks.
- Assist with ticketing products and verifying paperwork against received items.
- Support product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Secure company assets and stock to prevent shrinkage.
- Help develop merchandise displays or follow management’s suggestions and schedules.
- Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system while ensuring policy compliance.
- Utilize selling techniques to enhance sales and meet store goals.
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products, occasionally serving as a Greeter during busy periods.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards within the store.
- Safeguard company assets.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- 0 – 1 years of retail experience.
