South African Reserve Bank (SARB): Graduate Internship Programme 2025
The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) is inviting talented postgraduates to apply for its one-year Graduate Development Programme starting in February 2026.
What the Programme is About
Graduates will work and learn at the SARB Head Office from February 2026 to January 2027. Participants will be assigned to a department and exposed to various tasks and projects.
Throughout the Programme, graduates will attend various learning interventions at the SARB Academy. These interventions focus on central banking and aim to produce well-rounded central bankers. Additionally, graduates will develop personal and professional skills, including assertive communication, public speaking, impactful reporting, teamwork, and personal excellence.
