Momentum: Learning Technology Internship Programme 2025

Momentum Group’s Digital Learning Team is seeking a Learning Technology intern to assist in the implementation of interactive, digital-first learning experiences. This role involves providing user support across all learning platforms, managing course uploads, user management, compiling learning reports, and researching new tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Learning Technology, IT, and HC Tech teams in maintaining, managing, and implementing all Group-wide digital learning systems.
  • Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing on all courses and content across platforms, regularly testing and reviewing as necessary.
  • Enroll and onboard new users, assisting business units in managing users and access across platforms.
  • Compile and share learning reports on user enrollments, engagement, course completion, and adoption across learning systems as requested.
  • Assist in providing platform training to users, developing support materials, and maintaining policies, guidelines, tools, and processing documents related to learning systems across the Group.
  • Respond to user queries by troubleshooting issues and researching potential solutions to bugs across various learning environments.
  • Receive, respond to, and track user support requests across the business.
  • Analyze and identify ways to enhance the learning user experience across the Group, including researching and implementing digital learning best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Support the digital learning project team in the technical implementation of third-party technologies or systems.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team and other stakeholders to create various learning reports based on requirements.
  • Ensure transparent and consistent communication with the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A completed degree or diploma.
  • Interest in working with Learning Management Systems and digital learning content.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data capturing skills.
  • Passion for technology and learning.
  • Comfortable working remotely and with the full O365 suite.

Advantageous:

  • Exposure to implementing enterprise-wide learning systems.
  • Experience providing 1st line end-user support to a diverse range of learners.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools.
