Necsa Group: Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) for TVET Students

Necsa Group, through the Necsa Learning Academy, is dedicated to skills development by offering a 24-month Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme. This initiative is designed for qualifying students to gain essential skills, knowledge, and experience. Unemployed South African citizens aged between 18 to 35, who are students from TVET Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification, are invited to apply.

Requirements:

Applicants must provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields of study:

  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Fitter and Turner
  • Mechanical Fitter
  • Boilermaker
  • Welder
  • Plumber
  • Civil Engineering
