Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is thrilled to announce the launch of its learner-oriented Sales Learnership Programme for 2025, aimed at nurturing the next generation of sales professionals. The programme is designed to provide dynamic and talented young individuals with comprehensive training and development opportunities in various commercial roles across the CCBSA regions.
Objective of the Learnership
The primary goal of this learnership is to empower candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to increase sales volumes and manage customer relationships effectively. Learners will achieve proficiency in facilitating order processing and executing merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers within their specific geographical regions. Furthermore, participants will be awarded a National Certificate upon successful completion of the programme.

Responsibilities During the Programme:
- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and achievement of sales targets.
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with partners and clients.
- Adhering to CCBSA’s ethical standards and guidelines in sales and customer interactions.
- Performing tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and response to customer queries.
- Conducting market analysis to grasp consumer behavior and upcoming trends.
- Reporting on sales results and market insights to superiors.
- Developing skills in organizing promotional events and executing merchandising initiatives.
- Engaging in professional development to enhance sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
Learnership Requirements
- Completion of Grade 12 with at least 40% in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Proficiency in two South African Languages with a minimum of 40% pass.
- A business-related Diploma or Degree is preferable.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
- Applicants should not have previously partaken in the same qualification/learnership.
- South African citizenship is a must.
- Applicant should fall under the Employment Equity category.
- Must be unemployed at the commencement of the programme.
- Age requirement is between 18 to 35 years.
- Commitment to a 12-month duration of the learnership is essential.
