Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Young Talent Programs are structured around the 70:20:10 Model of Learning and Development, which includes:
- Hands-on Experience (70%): Engaging in real projects and tasks to develop practical skills.
- Inquiry and Problem-Solving (20%): Encouraging questions and critical thinking to drive innovation.
- Classroom Training (10%): Participating in formal training sessions to build foundational knowledge.
