Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Associate at Adidas, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing top-tier adidas customer service to every shopper.
- Handling sales transactions efficiently, including cash, credit, and check payments.
- Managing product ticketing and verifying received items against paperwork.
- Assisting with the movement of products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Securing company assets and inventory to prevent shrinkage.
- Helping design merchandise displays following guidelines from the store management team.
- Mastering the point-of-sale system to maintain transaction integrity.
- Utilizing sales techniques like add-on sales and technical product descriptions to meet sales targets.
- Welcoming customers and assisting them in locating the right products, occasionally serving as a Greeter during peak times.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensuring the safekeeping of all company assets.
