About the FNB Graduate Programme

All positions within our graduate programme are permanent roles, offering graduates the chance to work within specific business units across our retail and commercial banking sectors. You will be part of dynamic teams focusing on areas such as credit analytics, product development, process and technology innovation, financial management, fraud and risk analysis, customer experience, usability, brand management, and more.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Outstanding academic performance (academic transcript required as part of the application).
  • Currently in the final year of relevant university programs, particularly within BSc and Commerce faculties, focusing on fields such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX (Usability and Customer Experience), or related disciplines.
  • Possess an analytical and numerical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
