Job Description

The appointed candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring 100% availability of key brands and packs by monitoring outlet volumes and forward planning.
  • Managing stock rotation to maintain product freshness and availability.
  • Implementing effective merchandising in both consumption and purchase zones adhering to In-Trade Execution Guidelines (ITEG).
  • Negotiating and managing pricing communication both inside and outside of outlets, ensuring compliance with pricing priorities and executing promotion campaigns throughout the year.
  • Maximizing brand exposure and volume growth by managing outlet retention, monitoring competitor activities, and effectively positioning SAB brands.
  • Ensuring proper governance and compliance for the SAB audit through effective management of SAB refrigeration assets.
  • Maintaining SAB assets, including permanent merchandising and signage, to optimal standards.
  • Conducting asset verification surveys and assisting customers with stock management and replenishment systems to minimize stock-outs.
