What You Will Do
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Accurately and promptly record customer orders from daily calls.
- Notify customers about any holds on their accounts.
- Confirm customer orders following standard operating procedures.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding order issues.
- Promote new or additional products, highlighting features and special offers.
- Support your team members in achieving collective goals.
- Uphold team values and actively participate in team meetings.
- Contribute to the visual management of information.
Who Should Apply
- Educational Background: Must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4) within the last 5 years (2020 – 2024), with an average of 60% in English and Maths/Maths Literacy.
- Skills: Advanced computer literacy.
- Should currently be unemployed and not previously engaged in a Learnership.
